Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using indentri.com or signing up for Indentri services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What Indentri provides

• Custom-designed restaurant websites.
• An online ordering platform with pickup and delivery.
• A built-in kitchen dashboard for your staff.
• Business listings setup and a Google Ads launch.
• Hosting, security, and software updates.
• Direct, hands-on support — not a ticket queue.

What's included depends on your plan: the full build covers everything above; the website-and-ordering plan covers your custom website, the ordering platform, kitchen dashboard, hosting, and support — without business listings setup or a Google Ads launch.

We don't take a percentage of your orders. We don't charge per-order fees. A flat $3 online ordering fee is added to the customer's checkout total on every order placed through the online channel. It funds that channel, applies in the same amount regardless of the payment method the customer chooses, and is not applied to orders placed by phone or in person, which remain available at menu price. On orders under $55 you receive the full ticket; on orders of $55 and up, the remainder of standard Stripe processing comes out of your payout. Pricing is posted publicly on /pricing.

What we expect from you

• Accurate information when you sign up.
• Lawful use of the service.
• No reselling, sublicensing, or white-labeling without our written permission.
• Reasonable communication during setup and operations. We can't build the right site without it.

Payment terms

Your website and online ordering are $0 per month. The full build — the same platform plus managed Google Ads, design updates, and business listings — is $250 per month, which covers our management work and your Google Ads spend. We set and manage the campaign budget as part of the service. After six months of continuous service on the full build, a professional photography and video shoot for your restaurant is included at no extra charge. It isn't available on the $0 plan, and it isn't exchangeable for a credit or discount. Whatever's listed on /pricing at the time you sign up is what you pay, billed monthly. No setup fee, and no commission on your orders.

Billing runs every month on the date you signed up. Cancel anytime via your admin portal; service ends at the end of the current billing month.

Failed payments get a 7-day grace period to update your payment method. After 7 days, service is suspended until payment is resolved.

Cancellation & refunds

• Cancel anytime via your admin portal — service continues through the end of the current billing month.
• No refund for the current month, but there's no annual lock-in and no early termination fees.
• There's no setup fee, so there's nothing to refund there.

Intellectual property

Your content stays yours: photos, menu, branding, copy. You license it to us for the purpose of running your website. You can take it with you if you ever leave.

Our platform code, design templates, and underlying systems stay ours. When you sign up, you get a license to use what we build for your restaurant — not a transfer of ownership.

Limitation of liability

Indentri is provided “as is.” We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and performing well, but we can't guarantee perfection.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We're not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, lost profits, or consequential damages of any kind.

Termination

You can terminate per the cancellation terms above.

We can terminate for non-payment, abusive use, or breach of these terms with 30 days written notice — except for serious violations (illegal activity, security threats), where we may terminate immediately.

On termination, we'll help you migrate your domain and export your content if you want.

Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Any disputes are handled in Los Angeles County courts.
