Billing & cancellation

Website and online ordering is $0 a month, so on that plan there is nothing billed and nothing to refund. The full build with managed Google Ads is $250 a month, billed monthly. There's no setup fee on either plan — so there's nothing to refund there.
Cancel anytime via your admin portal. Service continues through the end of the current billing month.
No refund for the current month — but no annual lock-in, no early termination fees, and no penalties.

Significant outages caused by Indentri (24+ continuous hours of downtime) earn prorated credit on your next bill.
Outages caused by third parties — Stripe, Railway, your DNS provider — are not creditable. We'll help you resolve them, but they're outside our control.
We don't issue retroactive refunds for past months of service.
