About

We started Indentri because the math stopped working.

A small studio in Los Angeles, helping the restaurants that built our neighborhoods keep their online orders — and every dollar from them.

Why this
exists

Independent restaurants in Los Angeles hand fifteen to thirty percent of every online order to delivery apps that own the relationship with the guest. The kitchen does the work — the cooking, the sourcing, the long lease on the room — and the platform takes the customer.

Their actual website, the one they own, often sits broken on a five-year-old template that nobody updated when the menu last changed. The phone number is wrong. The hours are wrong. The ordering link redirects to whoever's taking the biggest cut this quarter.

So we built the opposite of all of that.

Online ordering with zero commission — every dollar of every order stays with the kitchen. A custom-designed website that looks like the room it represents. Hosting, security, and a real person who picks up when something needs fixing. Pricing posted publicly, in a sentence you can read in ten seconds.

Indentri is a deliberately small studio in Los Angeles. We take on no more than ten restaurants a year — not because we have to, but because that's how the work stays good. That's how every kitchen gets the attention they paid for.

Indentri exists because independent restaurants are paying rent twice — once to the landlord, once to the app. We do the opposite of all of that.

What we
believe

Five things, in plain English.

  • The relationship belongs to the kitchen.

Not to the app. Not to the platform. The customer who walked in twice last week is your customer. We build the site that way.
  • Pricing is a sentence, not a sales call.

Two fifty a month for the full build, zero for ordering alone. No setup fee, no commission. That's the whole sentence. If we ever stop being able to say it that fast, we've lost the plot.
  • A website is shelter, not advertising.

The job is to make the place look like the place. To let the room come through. Anything that doesn't serve that — popups, animations, banner promotions — is in the way.
  • Local kitchens deserve the design budget of their dining rooms.

The owner spent twenty years getting the lighting right. The website should be made with the same care.
  • We answer the phone.

You get a text thread with a real person in Los Angeles. We come to your restaurant. We eat the food. We learn what you call the regulars when they're not listening.

Who you're
talking to

Two people. No layers.

Indentri is two people in Los Angeles. The person who designs your site is the person who answers your text. There is no account manager, no support tier, no "your call is important to us."

Founder

"I started Indentri because the math stopped working — kitchens I loved were handing fifteen to thirty percent of every order to apps that kept the customer. So we built the opposite: your site, your orders, your regulars. When you email [email protected], I'm the one who replies."

What we
won't do

Some negatives, while we're here.

  • We don't take commission on orders. Not a percentage, not a flat fee, not at scale.
  • We don't lock you into contracts. Month-to-month, always.
  • We don't quote pricing on a sales call. The number is on the pricing page.
  • We don't run more than ten clients at a time. Past that, the work suffers.

Next move

Built for independent kitchens.

No monthly fee to start, zero commission — built for the kind of independent LA kitchens we started Indentri for. If your kitchen fits — and it probably does — let's talk.
